Delivery & Returns

Each of our products have been hand selected and quality checked to ensure you feel the Sensual Sultry fulfilment, we would like all our customers to be satisfied with the products we supply.

However, we understand on occasions our high standards may be comprised and therefore returns and exchanges are necessary.

Sultry products are guaranteed for 14 days from the date of purchase, we can only accept a refund/exchange if there is a fault with your item, this is due to the perishable and hygienic nature of the goods.

If you are unsure whether you would like to keep the goods, please do not open and sample the goods as this invalidates your right to a refund. Our customer services are available throughout the day, so please feel free to contact them for any queries or questions regarding the product.

Should you wish to proceed with a refund, please contact us via e-mail or through the website. All items must be returned in its original packaging with tags and with a valid receipt/delivery note.

Returns can be made via post; we request for all our customers to retain the proof of postage and we would recommend you use the ‘signed for service’ option when returning the goods.

It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us safely and securely, the product must be received in a saleable condition (in original packaging included manuals and accessories).

Please return your goods securely packaged by recorded delivery method, including a copy of your receipt.

 

Refunds and Exchanges will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, we will not be able to process refunds without a valid receipt/delivery note.

Returns address will be provided once the return notification has been assessed by our customer care team.
